Fostering Collaborative Parternships.

Following every training session, MCCSA facilitates short and effective 1-on-1 knowledge-sharing sessions between CHSP Service Providers in order to:
  • Share insights and best practices on strategic planning, operations, finances, workforce and IT issues.
  • Identify areas of possible collaboration and further knowledge-share.
  • Raise any questions, concerns or issues which will be flowed back to the Department.
We are also able to facilitate provider sessions independent to our training sessions. If you are interested in sharing insights and best practices with another CHSP Provider, please let us know through the Expression of Interest form. Our team at MCCSA will assess your submission and will match you accordingly with the meeting to take place at an agreed time, either at MCCSA offices, another location or online.

This activity is planned and delivered in partnership with the Northern Collaborative Project, the SSD provider auspiced by the City of Salisbury.
