The GET ALL THE ANSWERS Forum on recruitment options for CHSP and aged care, disability, and community services was an incredibly successful event, bringing together more than 70 industry leaders, training providers, and employment specialists. The forum provided a platform for attendees to share valuable information and insights about workforce development in these critical areas.
The forum consisted of two panels and a round table session, each of which offered unique perspectives on recruitment options and strategies for addressing workforce challenges. The first panel focused on the current state of the care workforce and the key issues facing employers in these sectors. Panelists discussed strategies for attracting and retaining talent in an increasingly competitive labor market.
