The GET ALL THE ANSWERS Forum on recruitment options for CHSP and aged care, disability, and community services was an incredibly successful event, bringing together more than 70 industry leaders, training providers, and employment specialists. The forum provided a platform for attendees to share valuable information and insights about workforce development in these critical areas.

The forum consisted of two panels and a round table session, each of which offered unique perspectives on recruitment options and strategies for addressing workforce challenges. The first panel focused on the current state of the care workforce and the key issues facing employers in these sectors. Panelists discussed strategies for attracting and retaining talent in an increasingly competitive labor market.

The second panel focused on best practices for recruiting and retaining staff in aged care, disability, and community services. Panelists shared practical case studies and examples of successful recruitment and retention strategies, including the use of social media and online job boards, targeted outreach to underrepresented groups, and innovative training programs designed to build skills and support career advancement.
