Through these free individualised workforce planning sessions, CHSP Providers can receive expert advice and guidance on how to develop and implement effective workforce plans.

Our experienced workforce planning professionals will work with your team in small groups or one-on-one to understand your unique needs and challenges and develop a customized plan that meets your organization's goals. We will help you identify the right number of staff with the right skills, develop training plans, and ensure that you meet regulatory requirements.
